- Minimum "O” Levels with at least 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality or service industry
- Team player and responsible to deliver high service standards and smooth operations at the Front Office
- Cheerful, pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and adaptable
- 5-day work weeks with a need to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Only Singaporeans, Singapore PRs and Malaysians will be considered
